Diverse Farm Products

For your diverse life

What we are up to for the summer!

Summer is a very busy time on the farm! Along with weeding the garden we have some fun things we would like to share with you!

First up, fresh litters of English Angora bunnies! Dorothy and Mr.B just had 3 beautiful babies July 13. Soon Sullivan will be meeting Mrs.B, very excited to see those babies! We Also have Mr.B and Anne babies available and ready for their new homes.

For the first time we will have a limited number of square hay bales available! These will be pick up only, please contact for more information.

Another first is a farm stand at the Paddle Dam boat launch Fridays and Saturdays from 3-6pm. All the fresh garden goodies, crafts, breads, jams and best of all, cinnamon buns!

This year we will also be hosting a salsa canning workshop. Learn how to water bath your own salsa for a wonderful winter treat or right away if you can not wait! Dates for that are Aug 24, and Aug 31, 1pm to 5pm.

Farming

It is hard to start a farm on your own, with skills taught by past generations but not much else. To build up our farm for us and our children, we have different aspects to our farm that we enjoy and work with the land we are on. Our farm focuses on Icelandic sheep, firewood, hay, angora rabbits, haskap orchard and plants.
